This is our second visit and we absolutely love it here. My partner burnt himself on the first day and after meeting the team at the spa we discovered that they have a treatment to help relief the pain and the burnt skin so we booked for this, a 70 min massage and a kids massage. We were given a a nice discount and all of us loved every minute. If you are lucky to get Leftetis you will be left feeling very relaxed and stress free. I went in carrying a lot of stress in my shoulders and left hardly feeling any. He is very respectful and gentle and still gives the right pressure you need. Iordanis and Nassera and so kind and helpful with no pressure for anything but very informative and happy to advise with any treatment that they feel you would benefit from. Our room was spotlessly clean and the cleaner came every evening with fresh towels. The reception staff were extremely helpful and available day and night. The new restaurant was amazing and again spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice and the staff were all wonderful and friendly. Even at busy times there was a table available and nothing was too much trouble for anyone at all. We came for 7 days last year, 10 days this year and think it will be 14 next year! (If we can save in time!) I know there has been a lot of improvement but the price hike is ALOT!

The rooms although cramped are clean and well maintained. The rest of the hotel is very badly maintained - lots of wasp nests, unkept lawn, decking rotting. The reception staff were great and restaurant staff nice too. Food is basic all inclusive rubbish, certainly not 5*. Drinks very average. The water park and kids play area are a nice touch but so poorly maintained. It is only a matter of time before someone hurts themselves. I had to report a large nail hanging out of the kids climbing frame where the wood was so rotten it crumbled away. We have stayed in loads of these types of hotels and we will never return. The hotel needs significant investment to bring it up to standards and more regular maintenance. It was very expensive for what it is. I would avoid

Vandaag gemasseerd door Iordanis, erg prettige massage gehad. Rustig aanwezig, vraagt naar het gevoel van de massage,( harder of zachter masseren). Gaat rustig om met bewegingen van armen en benen. Tijdens massage pakt hij de knopen in de spieren direct aan. Na de massage voelde het lichaam erg ontspannen aan. Bedankt voor de prettige ervaring. Ik raad de masseur aan een ieder aan.

Anna wist precies te masseren waar ik last van had. Na de massage was alle pijn weg. Ze vroeg in het begin waar ze moest masseren en deed dat super goed!
